Before You Book

Please read all information carefully before booking.

We are committed to giving every client a premium, seamless experience. To ensure your appointment runs smoothly, please take a moment to read through our policies and service information in full before making a booking.

Studio Policies

Everything you need to know.

Please read all policies carefully before booking. By booking with RM Studios you confirm you have read and understood the information below.

I do not offer braiding services. Please come with your hair braided flat before your appointment.
Please ensure your hair is dropped off in person 7 days before your booking. Your package must be sealed and contain your full name, date and time of your booking, and any add-ons. Please contact us before dropping off as days and times may vary if your drop-off falls on a Sunday or Monday.
Hair dropped off later than 5 days before your booking will incur a £5 fee. 3 days before will incur a £10 fee. Any time later than this will be charged as an emergency fee.
Our standard working hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm. Premium slots are available before 10am, after 6pm, or on Sundays and Mondays subject to availability. Premium slots incur an additional £20 fee.
Appointments booked within the same week will incur a £20 emergency fee.
All appointments are released at 7pm on the 20th of each month for the following month.
We offer a 15 minute grace period. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes will incur a £10 charge. If you are more than 30 minutes late your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
You may cancel free of charge up to 7 days before your appointment. A no-show without communication will result in a permanent ban from booking with us in the future.
You may reschedule your appointment once within the same month. After this you will need to make a new booking with a new deposit.
All units will be further plucked and customised to your head on the day of your appointment.
If you have any concerns regarding your install, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. After this period we are not liable for any further resolutions. No refunds will be provided.
